Questions about the Founding Partner programme

What happens after the 50 places are filled?
The programme closes. New subscribers will pay the standard rates — CHF 199 for Connect and CHF 449 for Pro. Existing founding partners keep their locked price indefinitely.
Does the 60-day satisfaction guarantee mean I can cancel and get a refund?
Yes. If the platform doesn’t meet your expectations within the first 60 days, we refund your subscription in full. No questions asked.
What does Advisory Board membership involve?
As a founding partner, you have direct input on product development. We review the roadmap with you, collect your feedback on key features, and prioritise according to what founding practices need most.
Can I upgrade from Connect Founding to Pro Founding later?
Yes. Your founding partner status carries over when you upgrade. You simply pay the difference between the two founder rates — CHF 200 per month — for the additional Pro features.
Does the founder price still apply if I add practitioners or locations?
Yes. Your base subscription stays at the locked founder rate. Additional practitioners (CHF 39 each), extra locations, or certification add-ons are billed at standard rates on top of your locked base.
