Before Your Treatment
5Allergy Test RecommendedConsider a patch test before treatment, especially if you have allergies. Hyaluronidase is derived from animal enzymes and can cause allergic reactions in rare cases.
Avoid Blood ThinnersStop taking aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E, fish oil, and other blood-thinning medications or supplements 7 days before your procedure to minimize bruising risk.
Avoid AlcoholRefrain from consuming alcohol for 24 hours before the procedure to reduce bruising.
After Your Treatment
10Expect Rapid DissolutionThe filler will start dissolving within hours, with complete dissolution typically occurring within 24-48 hours.
Swelling May Increase InitiallyYou may experience temporary increased swelling as the enzyme works. This is a normal inflammatory response and will subside quickly.
Avoid Touching AreaDo not touch, press, or massage the treated area for at least 24 hours.
