The App is designed to support users in exploring aesthetic treatment options, accessing personalised tools (including digital intake questionnaires, facial and/or body image analysis and visualisations), and facilitating contact with partner clinics and medical professionals.

2. No medical advice

The App and any information, outputs, assessments, recommendations or visualisations provided through it are made available for informational and support purposes only.

The App does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for a medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.

You should always seek the advice of a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical questions, health conditions, symptoms, or treatment options.

3. No diagnosis or treatment decisions

Metaesthetics does not diagnose conditions and does not determine whether you are suitable for any specific medical or aesthetic procedure.

Any features of the App that provide recommendations, treatment suggestions, risk indicators, or other personalised outputs (including those based on artificial intelligence and machine-learning) do not replace professional medical judgement.

Final medical decisions (including suitability, contraindications, treatment plans and follow-up care) are made solely by the partner clinic and/or medical professional providing the relevant services.

4. Photographs, scans and visualisations

Where you upload photographs or provide facial and/or body images, the App may generate measurements, visualisations or predicted outcomes.

You acknowledge that:

• results may be influenced by image quality, lighting, posture, angle and other technical factors;
• outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or differ from real-life outcomes; and
• visualisations are illustrative only and do not guarantee a specific result.

5. Emergencies and urgent medical issues

The App is not intended for use in emergencies. If you believe you have a medical emergency, you should immediately contact your local emergency services or seek urgent medical attention.

6. Partner clinics and third-party services

Partner clinics, hospitals and medical professionals are independent third parties. They are responsible for:

• medical consultations, diagnosis and treatment;
• clinical standards and professional obligations;
• obtaining informed consent for procedures; and
• maintaining clinical documentation and medical records (where applicable).

Metaesthetics does not control and is not responsible for the medical services provided by such clinics or professionals.

7. User responsibility

By using the App, you confirm that you:

• understand and accept the limitations described in this Disclaimer;
• will not disregard medical advice or delay seeking medical advice because of information you obtained through the App; and
• will provide accurate and complete information to clinics/medical professionals when requesting treatment.

8. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Metaesthetics does not make any representation or warranty (express or implied) that the App will meet your expectations, achieve a particular treatment outcome, or be free from errors.
